This listing if for payment of 1x custom artwork commission.

1. Communication:

• Method: Email
• It's essential to maintain a consistent communication channel. All correspondence, from project details to revisions, will be managed via email to ensure clarity and record-keeping.
• Response Time: Within 1 working day.
• I understand the importance of timely communication. You can expect a response within one business day to keep the momentum going.

2. Services & Rates:

• Single Cover Artwork: £250 total.

3. Design Process:

• Initial Deposit:
• This confirms our collaboration and reserves your slot. It's an affirmation of our commitment to creating something extraordinary together.
• Concept Development:
• If you don't have a defined concept, fret not! Through engaging discussions, be it via email or a call, we'll co-create a compelling design brief that aligns with your vision.
• First Draft:
• A foundational representation of the design, capturing essential elements with minimal detail. This stage is crucial for ensuring we're on the same page.
• Secondary Draft:
• After gathering your feedback, I delve deeper, adding layers of intricacies, infusing more life into the design. The narrative becomes clearer, and the design resonates more with the envisioned outcome.
• Final Details:
• This phase involves meticulous refining. From adding intricate textures to finalizing minute textual adjustments, every pixel is perfected.
• Revisions:
• Feedback is gold. You have up to 3 revisions during both initial and secondary stages to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Post this, there's a charge of £100 per conceptual revision and £50 for colour/text tweaks.

4. Turnaround Time:

• Time is of the essence, and adhering to schedules ensures project fluidity:
• First Draft: Expected within 7 working days post deposit.
• Revisions: Each round typically takes up to 3 working days after feedback.
• Response Time: Communication is key. Expect a reply within 1 working day.

5. Payment Structure:

• Trust and transparency are vital:
• Basic: Start with 50% upfront to kick off the project, followed by the remaining 50% upon completion.
• For Projects >£800: A flexible three-part payment plan is available, designed to ease financial flow.

6. Client's Role:

• To ensure a smooth process, I'll need:
• Logos, preferred typography, brand hierarchy, and any other specific brand-related iconography or assets. These materials help maintain brand consistency.

7. Deliverables:

• At the end of our journey, you'll receive:
• File Formats: PS, AI, JPEG, PNG. Plus, any additional formats discussed before commencement, ensuring compatibility and usability across various platforms.

8. Terms & Rights:

• A straightforward rundown of rights and terms:
• Client Rights: The final artwork is yours in its entirety.
• Designer's Request: I may seek permission to display our collaboration in my portfolio or for potential print sales. You have every right to decline.
• Refunds: A full refund is guaranteed if the project is cancelled before work begins or if I can't complete the task due to unforeseen reasons. This ensures peace of mind.
